Vacuum Transfer Systems tend to be much higher in air volume than individual exhaust air blowers. Sometimes it is possible to vent the print station exhaust air outside the building because of the very low dust content in the air. For the remaining sections like the Feeder and Die Cut Sections, a more aggressive approach is needed. We have developed many different ways to handle, clean and return the exhaust air, from simple Manual Filters to more sophisticated Automatic Pressure Monitoring and Filtering Systems and we're sure we can find the right system for you.
