Air Conveying Corp. Cyclone Separators have been installed in every type of Paper Converting and Wood Working plant in America from the large integrated companies to the small independent shops.
We also have installations in China, Mexico, Brazil and Canada. Cyclones range in size from 3'-0" in diameter to 20'-0" in diameter ranging in volume from 1,235 CFM to 92,900 CFM. These Cyclone Separators can be fitted with any of our After Filters to be able to return all of the cleaned conveying air back to the plant. Single or Multiple Inlet Manifolds are fitted with Back Pressure Dampers to prevent blow back when a trim system is shut down and close if there is an explosion in the filter behind the Cyclone. OSHA approved Cat Walks and Access Ladders with Safety Gates provide access to the inlet manifolds. A Plug Detector also comes standard with the Cyclone.
