Belt Conveyors

The ACC Belt Conveyor is designed with a unique winged bed, which enhances belt tracking and material capture. Crown pulleys and idler rollers are utilized along with heavy duty fully adjustable take up assemblies. The drive pulley is driven by a 1/2 h.p. gear motor that can be directly connected to the pulley shaft or the gear motor can be mounted inside the conveyor frame in tight applications. Structural Steel Side Frames are used for the base and are strong enough to allow your operator to walk on it during setup, cleanup and repairs. The belt conveyor is provided with press and stacker side deflector sheets.
